The Sacrament of Reconciliation, also known as Confession, is a powerful encounter with God's mercy and forgiveness. Reconciliation invites us to experience the healing love of God and encourages us to grow in faith and virtue. It is a chance to start anew, free from the burdens of sin. Our parish offers regular opportunities for Confession, and we encourage everyone to take part in this sacrament as a vital part of their spiritual journey.
Confessions are heard every Saturday in the main church from 3:30pm to 4:30pm.
Children prepare for and celebrate their First Reconciliation prior to celebrating their First Holy Communion. Generally, children celebrate their First Reconciliation in second grade, provided that they have satisfied the diocesan two-year faith formation requirement. For more information about preparing your child for First Reconciliation, see our Youth Formation page.
