Our FIAT program focuses on prayer, serving those in need, and building community, in addition to learning about the core doctrines of our Catholic faith. This program serves as our drop-off faith formation program for this age group and meets generally every other week, as do our other programs. We believe this alternative to a classroom setting helps our students engage with our faith in a practical way and understand what it means to live as practicing Catholics whose faith is integral to their everyday lives.
Our FIAT program is for students in grades 3-6 and will meet on Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00 pm. Class is followed by an optional children’s choir practice from 5:00-5:30 pm. Please see the calendar page for more details on class dates.
Last year (2025-2026), our FIAT students made sandwiches for Inspirica House, which serves families experiencing homelessness; created Halloween-themed activity bags for Stamford Children’s Hospital; tied no-sew blankets for Project Linus; and collected supplies for Malta House, a transitional living program for moms and babies.
