Registration for Faith Formation will open Friday, July 10, 2026 and will close on Monday, August 10, 2026.
Parishioner Requirement:
To register your child for our faith formation programs, you must be a registered parishioner. If you need to register as a parishioner at St. Catherine of Siena and St. Agnes Parish, please do so HERE.
Requirements for All Students:
- Complete the 2026-2027 Faith Formation Registration Form
- Make the requisite payment HERE. If you need a payment plan or tuition assistance, please email Catalina Gullo.
- Complete the Diocesan Annual Consent Form
- If this is your first year of faith formation at our parish, email your child(ren)’s baptismal certificate(s) to Catalina Gullo.
Registration will not be accepted until all requirements have been completed.
Additional Requirements to Receive a Sacrament (First Eucharist or Confirmation):
- Two consecutive years of faith formation (if not at this Parish, we will need written confirmation from the parish or school where your child was registered).
- Completion of the requisite work, classes, & retreats throughout the year.
Please note that due to physical space constraints, weekday drop-off class sizes will be capped and student enrollment will depend upon the number of catechists who volunteer to teach our students. If we are unable to place your child in a drop-off class, you may either enroll in a different program with us or receive a full refund.
